No room for us after checkout
五广场集团酒店的点评
点评：The apartment was large with a small side with a fridge,hob ,microwave, coffee machine and sink ,nice touch to have 2 coffee pods free,but that coffee machine was never used again ,so a bit pointless to have really ,there is a kettle too
Cleaning if you can call it that (emptied bin )was 2 days later ,although a day later they changed the bed and gave us fresh towels ,but over all cleaning was very poor ,the place needed a proper clean .
The apartment was in a great location only down the hill to a strip of shops,restaurants ,bars and the beach ,find a spar shop they are cheaper for food
The real down fall of most was our room wasn't available to keep longer and our coach wasn't picking us up until 1905 ,so we had to find things to do from checkout 11 o'clock till the coach came ,luckily the TUI rep told us before hand about the luggage room which is free,but needless to say it was a long day from checkout 11 o'clock to home at 4 o'clock the following morning .
They could do with some rooms for just this
We didn't mind paying the €70 to keep our room but it was a no it's not available and that was it
We will not be coming back to this place again if we visit lanzarote again ,it put a damper on our beautiful holiday
