熔岩海滩酒店的点评
点评：We’ve just returned from a perfect week at the Lava Beach Hotel and can honestly say it exceeded all expectations.
The food was absolutely first class – we normally like to eat out a few nights, but every evening meal was so delicious we didn’t want to miss a single one! Great variety, beautifully presented, and faultless service.
The gardens and grounds are immaculate – everything is so well cared for, it adds to the calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Our room was light, airy, and spotlessly clean – with lovely views and a peaceful vibe that made it a real haven after a day in the sun.
The staff were super helpful and friendly – nothing was too much trouble, and they really made the stay feel extra special.
One small tip for management: While the reception staff were very professional and helpful once we arrived, our first impression could have been better. We weren’t offered any assistance with our luggage and found ourselves dragging heavy suitcases across the pool area in the midday sun – having never been to the hotel before. maintenance team showed us to our room. A little more support at check-in would make a big difference.
The evening entertainment kept us entertained – although maybe not always for the right reasons! 🤣 Some acts were great fun, others more of a laugh for different reasons, but it all added to the experience.
That aside, we truly loved our stay and can’t wait to return!
