点评：I have now been to this store app 7 times and there were 4 times that burgers were missing once I got home ‘ when you phone them their excuse is that you should check your order before you leave and that I have to phone head office if you want it sorted out ‘ I did phone their head office the last time this happened and they were understanding and sent me a voucher to redeem at any other Mac Donald’s store ‘ plus they told me that not to worry it lasts for 2 years ‘ so on Friday I went to the MacDonald’s at 19 th avenue Palm beach to redeem and the guy at the counter advised that the app had been upgraded and all those vouchers won’t be there anymore. Back to the Pines MacDonald’s ‘ I’ll never ever go to Pines MacDonald’s again as apart from them leaving out items in my orders their burgers are not fresh from the grill and I found them terrible and not up to MacDonald standard ‘ I now go to Tugun or Palm beach and the difference in quality is enormous’ I think more people should comment about this store as I’ve talked to others who say the same thing as I’m saying that the food is terrible and some staff are just downright rude and obnoxious in their behaviour to customers’ I’m sure this will go on deaf ears ‘ but I was a publican for close to 30 years and if I managed my hotels like this I wouldn’t have any customers’ this store just relies on the name MacDonald’s ‘ but if they got it right they would find the store would be a lot more profitable’ my opinion would be to put some more mature people in there as overseeing management .
