Old English Tea Rooms的点评
点评：Second time visit today. First time last year was OK except for the local pigeons continually dive bombing tables.
Thought I'd give it another try today for a breakfast before my round of golf. Ordered fairly soon after arrival and coffee came fairly quickly. However I then waited over 40 mins. The guy serving kept saying its coming, just been plated up mate etc etc. but still no breakfast. I had
drunk most of my coffee and what was left was cold by now. I politely explained to the guy serving that I couldn't wait any longer and could I pay for the coffee - he said it was my fault for going at a busy time and it's 2 euros and don't bother coming back. I paid with a 10 euro note which he snatched off me and threw my change back at me. Don't worry I mate - I won't be back. I'll go to my usual brekky venue of Market Tavern where food is good, service is good and they treat clients with respect. I won't bother trying to give my custom and support to the Old English Tea Rooms - they don't deserve it if they can't get their act together.
I give it a Terrible rating as no option to go any lower !
