点评：Please look at my previous reviews world wide - I am not a 'hard marker'.
Visiting Lanzarote for the first time and stopped by for a coffee and a green tea, total time to create and deliver-normally about 5 minutes in any normal cafe.
I speak basic Spanish. We sat down at table 41,
Order taken immediately we sat down.
So far so good.
A couple of Spanish cyclists came and sat down next to us five minutes later and had their order taken.
No drinks appeared.
The lone waiter was everywhere delivering orders.
Another couple sat down at a table in front of us. Order taken immediately.
Our order still outstanding.
10 minutes later food delivered to the cyclists.
2 minutes after that drinks delivered to the cyclists.
5 minutes after that, Sangria delivered to the couple in front of us.
Stopped the waiter as he passed us and asked gracefully where our order was - he gestured around the cafe showing how busy he was. We pointed out that he had served two tables before us.
He became aggressive, and stormed off and stood at the counter. He looked at my wife and said words to the effect, 'you don't like it, you can leave' gesturing to the exit with his tray.
Needless to say, we left.
In my opinion, this server has issues of service pressure and had totally forgotten about our order but had not the grace to admit the fact.
We will never return.
This all happened in the second week of January,
I dread to think of the standards of service available in high season.
