I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, particularly with the restaurant staff. I picked up my breakfast to take it to my room, but the person in charge insisted on charging me $16 just for eating in my room. After a frustrating argument, he said I would only be exempt if I had a medical report proving I had a disease. When I showed him one, he still responded disrespectfully and told me not to eat lunch the same way.
When I asked him for the official hotel policy, he simply said, "These are my rules, complain to someone else." I later checked with the reception, and they initially said I could take my breakfast, but they avoided giving a clear answer about lunch. Eventually, they forced me to leave the hotel, causing me to postpone an important meeting, without any compensation or proper explanation.
This was an incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
