点评：Booked a week before for four people to dine here whilst staying in Carterton with our grand-daughters.
On arrival we requested to sit at a booth seat that was already set for four people. Reason being that I (wife) had a sore back and would have been far more confortable to sit on padded seat rather than a hard chair. We were then told it was already booked for 6pm. We arrived at 5.30pm.
However we did notice also a empty booth that could have been offered to us. But no! That was then set up for two people who came in an hour later?
As 6pm approached we noticed that the booth set for four people hadn't arrived and 2hrs later it was still empty. So we weren't very impressed.
When my husband went to pay he mentioned to the staff member about the booth seat and their was no apology. Oh! yeah they didn't turn up.?
We just feel that the service was lacking when it comes to your customers, we are the ones paying your wages...just wished this could've been thought about in a more hospitable way.
Our dishes we enjoyed. Pork chops. Garlic bread was very moorish.
Also we were charged for the kids icecreams that should've been free.
They were refunded.
