Could be amazing with attention to detail - not a 4* superior

点评：Written on day 2 of 3 as so much to share..
Location is beautiful on the sea front and south facing to enjoy sunshine all day from sea facing rooms.
Grounds are relaxing and really do offer a sense of relaxation and calmness.
Staff are polite and attentive.
Bed is really comfortable and rooms are quiet.
Sounds like 5 stars so why only 3?
Cleaning standards are not great. In our room one of the glasses was dirty, the coffee machine had pods in the empty container and the water unit had water left in it.
There was a tea bag and water left in the kettle.
The glass screen on the patio needed a clean. Photo doesn't really show the dirt.
Breakfast was just unusual. Go to a separate small glass house which had only 4 tables! Other people had to eat outside on the terrace..we were exceptionally luck that even in early November the weather our weekend was ok for eating breakfast outside in the sunshine. Not great.
The food choice is not great compared to other 4 star buffets taken around Spain / world.
The heater in the breakfast room rang out of gas. Taken away.
The fresh juicer kept showing error message and the poor waitress had to keep clearing stuck oranges.
This was our first time here as our favourite (and better) 4 star on the seafront was fully booked.
Would we return - no. It's a shame as I do not enjoy writing average reviews.
