点评：Karczma Szymkówka is a wonderful place with a truly breathtaking view – perfect for a moment of relaxation. The coffee was absolutely delicious, definitely one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very pleasant.
Unfortunately, my overall experience was affected by the service. In my opinion, the staff lacked a basic understanding of service etiquette: when a guest is having coffee or tea, the cups – even if empty – should stay on the table as long as the guest remains seated. I finished my coffee rather quickly because it was so good, but I still wanted to sit and enjoy the surroundings. However, the waitress cleared my cup and plate without even asking, leaving me with an empty table. It made me feel as if I was being politely but clearly asked to leave, as if I was taking up space.
It’s a pity, because the place and the coffee itself are truly excellent. I hope the staff will pay more attention to these small but important details – a little change could make the whole experience absolutely perfect.
