Black mold and lack of professionalism

点评：We stayed here for one night... that was enough. The bed was rock hard, pillows were uncomfortable, complimentary breakfast was average quality. My biggest complaint initially was the fact there was obvious black mold in both the hallways with signs of it in our room as well. I left a similar review regarding this on booking.com which the hotel has since messaged Me on asking I remove it or edit it as the review was "disrespectful to their employees" when I asked how it was disrespectful they said it was because "1/10 Review is not for intelligent people"
No interest in actually addressing my concerns just telling me to remove it and then insulting my intelligence when I ask how it was disrespectful. It is clear they don't care about their guests (or their health) don't stay here. And if you do make sure to check your room for moldWe stayed here for one night... that was enough.
