点评:For a training enterprise Flycup are very regimented in some ways, whilst very lax in others. They don't seem to value their customers.
After a considerable wait I was informed that I couldn't have an item on the brunch menu as it was after noon. However, the clock on the wall indicated otherwise. It was frustrating as due to some activities behind the counter carried over to the delay in getting our order taken.
When the table next to ours vacated, the clearers sorted out the dirty dishes on ours for several minutes before carrying them to the kitchen - no acknowledgement was made that people were sitting eating their meal at the table.
The prices are expensive for what is offered, however there appears to be little awareness of good customer service, customers will only return if they have had good food and also good customer service.
The food was good, the prices were okay, except the prices didn't reflect the mediocre service provided.
