Lovely pub, great meal….ruin by 1 member of staff

点评：3rd visit to this establishment, as staying at the lovely tewitfield marina, last yr went, sat in the beer garden, ordered food, lovely.
This time, we (family) went in, and was asked by a staff member if we had booked, I apologised and said didn’t know we had too, she then said wait, and went over to a college, they spoke, looked, and another staff member came and took us to a table, lovely.
We ordered our meals, 2 the same, but 1 gluten free. Meals came, and I said which is gluten…before I could ask, I was met with, a very curtly “they’re both gluten free”!! Making it quite clear, we had inconvenience her, and she made it very clear she was not happy.
If this was the case, she only had to say, “sorry we’re have no tables” I would’ve left and booked for the next night if available
Lovely family meal sadly ruined by a lady who was annoyed

我们点了两份相同的餐点，但其中一份是无麸质的。餐点送来了，我问哪个是麸质的……我还没来得及问，她就非常简短地回答说：“这两个都是无麸质的！”很明显，我们给她带来了不便，她也明确表示不满意。
如果真是这样，她只需说“抱歉，我们没有座位”我就直接走了，如果第二天晚上还有座位的话就预订了。
美好的家庭聚餐却被一位恼怒的女士破坏了。
