A fabulous hotel - don’t hesitate to book it!

点评：We spent a wonderful week at this lovely hotel and would recommend a stay here without hesitation. We were allocated a standard room on arrival which looked nice but having seen the updated rooms on the website we asked if it was possible to upgrade. We were shown 2 rooms by the lovely Samuel, choosing one on the third floor. Having booked last minute with Crystal and getting a really good deal we were happy to pay the extra for this room. The bathroom in particular was fabulous with a large shower and great toiletries.
The whole hotel was always spotless and the staff were caring and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. A big shout out to the lovely Cosimo for making us feel so welcome. The ski lockers were the best we have ever used in well over 20 ski trips and the hotel’s shuttle service to the slopes, driven by the brilliant Pio, was great. We never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for it at the beginning and end of the day.
The spa was fabulous and was free to use which is not always the case in Italy.
Breakfast was plentiful with a great choice though I can imagine it would be a little chaotic if the hotel was full. Dinner was generally very good and our waiter was amazing.
This hotel definitely deserves more than its 3-star rating.
