点评：Worst experience ever. We had booked through booking.com and got a deal for 7411.00 we reserved for 2 nights. Once we went to the hotel they said the booking has sent them $90 per stay and what we received was above mentioned. we had to talk with the manager and the online reservation master as well as the owner of the hotel and they were telling something wrong with the booking .then since it was me and my friend ( 2 girls) we thought to get a room cheapest one was 10,000 and no enough space or balcony so we took their highest rating one, as I remember deluxe suit or something that had a balcony and it was 16,000. maintains was 5 out of 10. So the 1st day at midnight it was raining and suddenly the 2 glass slide doors which used to enter the balcony fell into the bed , right there we were sleeping and it was on our body and we were scared to death. The total room was flooded and we were wet and we had to run downstairs to bring someone since we were helpless. Our stuff clothes, and laptops all got wet. Then we got the cheapest room to spend that night and we received the repaired room afternoon. However, we requested to reduce the price of 1st day since we didn't use it and the disaster we faced and the owner reduced it, then we requested a late checkout and they said 2000 per hour for late checkout. I won't recommend this to anyone since they do not have any respect or care towards the customers. We could have been hurt if the glasses break therefore we had some concerns with safety cos this wouldn't happen if they maintain properly. and not a single custody to apologize to the customer for what happened and make them feel comfortable. I have never been to that hotel before and heard some good reviews a long time back but this one of the worst place to stay.
