点评：I visited the Kylin Experience, a fine dine restaurant situated in DLF Mall of India, Noida, with high expectations based on my previous excellent experience at their Hotel Holiday Inn outlet in Mayur Vihar. Unfortunately, this Noida location failed to impress, lacking the finesse and quality I had come to expect.
We ordered the Dimsum Platter Non-Veg, which allowed us to choose 10 pieces from a variety of options. The Chicken 🐔 and Basil Crystal Dumplings were good but didn't quite live up to the "crystal" name. The Crystal Cheese 🧀 and Mushroom 🍄 Dumplings were a highlight, being juicy and flavorful. The Sole Chilli Garlic 🐟 and Classic Chilli Chicken dishes were also well-prepared and tasty.
However, the Khow Suey Veg was just average, and I've had better versions elsewhere. The Teriyaki Chicken was a major letdown, being overly sweet and tasting like chicken dipped in honey 🍯. When we brought this to the server's attention, he didn't seem to care.
While the service was generally good, the inconsistency in food quality was disappointing. Perhaps this outlet is more geared towards mass appeal.
