点评：Well where do I start, from the beginning then, arrived at the hotel and checked in, then made our way to the room and entered the room to be greeted with the unpleasant smell of what I can only describe as urine. We went downstairs to complain, only to be told by the rude male member of staff that we would need to speak to the manager, the manager would not be available until tomorrow and there was nothing he could do. So we had to endure a night in a room that stank of urine. Next morning we asked for the manager and the female member of staff was very helpful and immediately changed our room. So why couldn't the male member of staff, he was not interested. The general consensus regarding staff is they were just plain rude and did not make you feel valued. Cleaning of the rooms was non existent and signage use on the wet stairs was placed incorrectly so no warning as you came down the stairs. Food was mediocre and pretty samey. The hotel itself had grafitti on the windows, the balconies had pigeon poo on them. The property looks tired and in need of renovation. The pool was only cleaned once in our entire weeks duration, it was apparent that it had been hit with a high dose of chlorine on one morning. As a paying customer, there was no customer service experience from the staff at all, well maybe if you were Spanish, then they could not do enough. We paid for an all inclusive experience, we given a blue band, but had to use blue tokens at the bar for drinks, why I really do not understand this part, when you have a blue band. Would I stay here again......plain and simple 'NO!!!!!!'
