欧罗巴水上乐园及Spa酒店的点评
点评：On arrival we were greeted and treated like old friends by Sandra on the reception. She and Alexis went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. They very kindly left a bottle of champagne on ice and a birthday card in my room when they found out it was my birthday.
We were a family of 9 and every meal we were able to sit together as there was ample space. Likewise the pool area had more than enough beds. There was no getting up at 6 am to reserve a bed!
The rooms were cleaned daily and had all the provisions one would expect of a hotel. I did not expect a fridge in the room so that was a nice surprise.
We stayed all inclusive and whilst the food became a little repetitive there was always plenty of choice. The pool side snacks varied and all bar staff were very attentive and efficient.
The grandchildren loved the mini disco and the nightly entertainment was family friendly. There was daily entertainment too if you wanted to get involved. We did not use the spa so cannot review that area.
Overall, we have had a fantastic holiday and I would recommend the hotel.
