点评：We came to Santa Marta for lunch twice during the last weekend of the season and had a fantastic time. The restaurant has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with stylish (but not pretentious) decor.
We had lunch inside the first time we came and enjoyed the spacious yet cosy feel at our table in front of the striking bar. We enjoyed an array of small plates and tapas, the oxtail brioche was incredible and the croquettes full of flavour.
On our last day in Ibiza, we had a long late lunch outside at a table right next to the beach. As with our first experience, the service was excellent, the staff were attentive and nothing was too much of an ask. We ordered main plates this time, sea bass and steak with sides, along with a delicious bottle of wine and indulgent yet fresh desserts.
We would definitely come back to Santa Marta and have been telling all our friends who like to come to Ibiza that this the spot to visit! The only shame is that we weren't here for longer to sample more of the menu and spend a few lazy days on the sun loungers!
