Mixed experience but eager to improve
特拉勒霍夫酒店的点评
点评：After 3 visits, I have a mixed experience:
Positives:
1) location next to a charming river, very cute setting, directly on the mountain slope, in nature. Fantastic.
2) excellent and smily service & staff
3) Great spa, clean, spatious, numerous facilities.
4) free charging of electric cars
Negatives:
1) no air conditioning in the rooms. The official reason given is that the hotel is next to a river, 1000m high, so it's fresh in the evening. Well, no : it was 26+ in the room in the morning and if you need to stay for some time in the room, it is not nice. I did not know this was even allowed in a 4* category.
2) Food quality and Hours are aimed at an Austrian audience, not international. Dinner closes at 20.30 (!), and better not come after 19.00 as they pack up everything 1 hour before the end (!). It is not only quite rude to pack up while everyone's eating, it's also not respecting the times. Also for breakfast: supposedly till 11am ; at 9.30am they start packing up and at 10am you need to request as there is no buffet left. Selection and quality also very basic both for Breakfast and Dinner, but there is not many qualitative options in the area anyway.
3) Rather rigid management : despite a beautiful evening and our repeated request, it was not possible to have dinner on the outside (empty) tables just next to the restaurant - you have to stay at your pre-set table in a hot room, even though half the restaurant is empty.
Note: they have called me since the review and have taken the above points seriously apparently, so the above might have already changed. I might give it another go.

1）房间没有空调。官方给出的理由是酒店毗邻河流，海拔1000米，所以晚上比较凉爽。其实不然：早上房间里的温度高达26度以上，如果你需要在房间里多待一会儿，那就太糟糕了。我之前都不知道四星级酒店竟然允许这样做。
2）酒店的食物质量和营业时间面向奥地利客人，而非国际客人。晚餐在20:30结束（！），最好不要在19:00之后来，因为他们会在结束前1小时打包完毕（！）。大家都在吃饭的时候收拾东西不仅很不礼貌，而且也不尊重时间。早餐也一样：据说供应到上午11点，但他们9点半就开始收拾东西了，10点就需要你主动要求了，因为自助餐已经吃完了。早餐和晚餐的品种和质量都很一般，而且该地区高质量的餐厅本来就不多。
3）管理相当僵化：尽管那天晚上天气很好，我们也一再要求，但还是没能在餐厅旁边的室外（空）桌子上用餐——你必须待在闷热的房间里你预先安排好的桌子旁，即使餐厅里有一半的座位是空的。
注意：自从我写完评论后，他们已经给我打过电话了，而且显然已经认真对待了以上几点，所以以上内容可能已经修改了。我可能会再去一次。
