点评：We went here with our adult daughter and fiancé on New Year’s Eve and were left extremely disappointed in the service .. it appears they have no systems in place whatsoever for serving tables. Drinks came out one by one over the first hour and then got mixed up. The waiter could give no advice on the sake drinks menu. He bought our first dish and put it on the table without noticing that we had no cutlery or plates ..when we asked for these he returned with 5 plates. On clearing dirty dishes only one was removed leaving the remaining three.. several different staff members appeared at our table including the bar man who gave the wrong cocktail to wrong person. When we mentioned the lack of service on leaving were told they were short staffed, 3 members had called in sick (New Years Eve 🧐) and they had temps and were quite unconcerned about our complaints. Whilst we enjoyed the food and vibe of the place we would certainly not hurry back again. The system for managing the tables needs to be improved, remember we are the guests and must be treated as such. Our daughter did not get her drink and we never got asked nor had time for a second one! Extremely poor service.
