Basic room that fell short of its potential

点评：This location has so much potential, but sadly fell short. The location on the beach is ideal. The view from the room is great. The pool is cool, inviting, and clean.
The resort was very accommodating in moving our reservation from August 2024 due to Hurricane Beryl to March 2025. Staff were very kind and helpful.
When we arrived for our 3-night stay, we were brought to a different room than the one reserved without explanation. The staff could not find the key to our room. A key was not located until around 2:00 pm the following day, after several requests. The rooms do not have safes, so we did not feel comfortable leaving our unlocked room area until a key was located.
The sheets were stained when we arrived. They may have been washed, but they did not look clean. New ones were delivered after we requested them. The bed only had a sheet, no light blanket. You are given 1 towel each, no wash clothes or hand towels. Pack your own beach towel. Overall, the room was very sparse, but the bed was comfortable. The tv worked well
The coffee is the best I've had in Jamaica. The food at the restaurant is very good, especially the whole fried fish. The problem with the restaurant was a septic smell near the restaurant which made it difficult to eat there. We had our meals on the patio in front of our room by the pool.
We loved the Treasure Beach community and will return to the area, but will choose other accommodations.
