The Forbes Arms Hotel的点评
点评：We had a lovely dinner, bed and breakfast stay at the newly renovated Forbes Arms Hotel.
The food was absolutely delicious, the bar menu offered a great selection of drinks, including some Scottish gins and rum which we hadn’t tried before.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Nice busy atmosphere in the restaurant.
Felt relaxed but, equally you could get dressed up and go along too.
The whole place had been renovated to a very high standard and the interior design had a luxurious but, cosy feel.
Location was beautiful and it would be lovely to visit in the summer and have drinks outside by the river.
The only negative we had was our room (room 2) was right above the hotel entrance and was quite noisy/very little soundproofing so we didn’t sleep well as despite being what appeared to be the only couple staying over night you could hear staff sweeping up/banging about downstairs up until about 2am which was a shame.
Other than this, highly recommend a visit.
