点评：Superb!! I highly recommend skipping the other “Well’s Taverns and Restaurants”. This restaurant delivers! Food cooked to perfection with a small menu with consistent high quality dishes. My family and I have been in the “Well’s and Cheddar Region” for a family holiday and a food tour. To my surprise this hotel restaurant delivered 4 amazing appetisers and 4 superb main meals with very good value. Oops, forgot about the desserts, 5 stars!! As far as Well’s is concerned, don’t bother dining elsewhere, just go here!! We ordered Garlic Mushrooms, Sweet Chilli Falafel bites, Panko Breaded Brie Bites, Baked Camembert, and Crispy Whitebait for appetisers. The chef declined to serve the “Crispy Whitebait” because it wasn’t up to his standard's this evening. “I love that the chef had such high standards for his menu. The appetisers were pure perfection!! Our mains were; “The curry of the day (spicy beef curry), Chicken and Crispy Bacon salad, Wholetail Breaded Scampi, and Kid’s Menu “Mac N Cheese”. Our mains were served HOT and prepared perfectly as described in the menu and they did not let us down!! High end ingredients cooked and served to perfection. I was starving until I found you!! Thank you sooo much for delivering amazing food at a good value for a family of 4. Do not mess around in Well’s just eat here.
