点评：We dropped in after a ten mile hike so we’re pretty hungry. The place looked busy but had lots of empty tables so we decided to give it a shot. Ordering at the bar took some time as only one girl taking orders and making drinks. She advised 25-30 mins wait for food but I took a gamble and ordered. The food came in about 15-20 mins so not too bad but could tell they had been caught out by the lovely sunny day/1st March. Helmsley was packed! Anyway food was okay just over priced for what you get. Tuna melt ciabatta with some skinny fries (not homemade) and a small salad £13.50. Also if you’re paying those kind of prices should get something amazing but it was just average. Not bad but nothing special.
No cutlery or napkins brought to tables and had to ask as none left in the little trays inside either. Sauce in hard to open sachets and loos were a bit untidy. Like I said think they were short staffed or caught out with weather.
