The most perfect hotel in Polignano e Mare!

点评：We originally booked an AirBNB about 10 minutes from the hotel that had several issues and we had to leave the house. As a mother with two small children in a foreign country, this was quite stressful! I was lucky to speak to Paola from reservations on the phone and she promptly booked us three rooms. We arrived at the hotel and she could tell I was upset. She graciously offered us complimentary coffees and pastries for my children. She offered us a place to change in our bathing suits so we could enjoy the pool while our rooms were cleaned. The pool was serene, refreshing and beautiful. This is exactly what we needed after a stressful day. She was able to get my families’ rooms across from each other which was very convenient for my family.
Christian greeted us when we arrived at the hotel and took our bags. He was so professional, calm and kind. This is exactly what we needed! He answered questions and gave local recommendations of where to shop for local pasta, olive oil and focaccia. Guilj from the front desk referred us the Paolo’s TukTuk service to get us to Via Roma. She recommended an excellent place for focaccia that my kids loved! Silvia, the bartender, was so professional and had a great sense of humor when my mother in law ordered a cappuccino after dinner! We needed a good laugh and Silvia took care of us. We had a beautiful dinner in the restaurant on our last night. Davide and Marco were our servers and gave alternative menu options to please our group. My son left a little toy behind and they saved it for us at the host stand the next day!
The rooms are beautiful and exactly what we needed after leaving our AirBNB. The staff is remarkable. They are personable, professional and understand hospitality. The property is immaculate. You will not be disappointed here!
