点评：Question: Does your Cinema ban free speech and the freedom to talk?
Am I not allowed to have a small exchange of words on a Thursday night in the cinema during an adbreak? Do you want to look like fascists?
Why was I accosted by a jobsworth asking me to lower my voice? Is this the reputation you want to set for yourselves? Really?
I was going to be having words with this gentleman on the way out, very conveniently his shift was over and he was changed.
Think you might need to rein some your staff in and remind them they work in a cinema where people go to enjoy themselves, this is not the national library.
We will be following this complaint with a phone call to discuss why exactly you felt this course of action appropriate.
I took my mum out for an evening to the cinema, we rarely go, and this is what we have to deal with, no one has ever complained about mine or her noise levels before.
Neither of us raised our voices at all, we are conscious that people are around us so we wouldn’t do that.
His claim that he heard us outside of the screening is categorically false and a lie.
He also kept sending people to check in on us as though we are petty criminals.
Again, we will be following this up in the harshest manner.
