点评：Would give 0 stars if I could
Had a very bad experience with them last night as it was my 31st birthday my sister ordered food for us and I was waiting over 20 minutes the app said enjoy your food yet the delivery didn't come so I contacted just eat they contacted the restaurant on my behalf domino's said their was something wrong with the mobile number and the driver said the phone went to voicemail and no one was at the address when that was a lie I was here and no one called the phone or came to my house I was looking out the window the whole time and they never came to the door even tho they had my address and Eir code so I called domino's and talked to the manger who wasn't very helpful and she didn't believe me when I said I was at the house and no one came I said I had no missed calls she said well the driver was at the address and no one was in so the food went back to the shop and they won't re deliver the food even tho I paid 42 euro for the order they said they can give me the money back tomorrow not straight away I said we'll that's not gud enough I want the food I paid for but they still wouldn't give me the food so I contacted just eat again to explain they said they would fell the same way if it was to happen to them so through just eat I had to cancel the order and got the money back in 10 minutes I was so annoyed about the situation it totally ruined my birthday I'll never order from them again as this is the second time I've had problems with them last time the driver said he was at my home and he wasn't I was on the phone to him and he was at the wrong house
