Terrible customer service, blaming the customer

点评:Terrible. The company will blame you for all miscommunication and problems you face, and refuse to refund you.
My husband and I purchased a boat trip to Paxos, antipaxos and blue caves. We agreed to be picked up from our hotel location at 9:45 and were told to wait there already 10 minutes before, which we did. The bus they told us to take never came, and we were getting super worried that the boat would leave without us. Then a bus came with the driver saying he’s picking up people to go to paxos and antipaxos, which was our location. We showed him our tickets, and he told us it’s good to go, so we got in. We arrived to the port and the bus driver told us to line up and wait to be checked in to the correct boat. While they were struggling to find us in the system, the boat then in fact, left. When we finally found out where we were supposed to be checked in, they told us it was our fault that we took the wrong bus to get there. We called their customer service to ask if they could refund us or reschedule the trip, to which they replied there is nothing they can do, and that it was our fault because we got on the wrong bus and didn’t call them… absolutely no willingness to help or even remotely understand our situation as tourists and foreigners in a country where we understand nothing.
Would not recommend anyone to ever purchase from them. Terrible customer service.
