点评：We had a truly fantastic stay at the Asterion Suites & Spa in Crete. We particularly appreciate the extremely courteous, friendly, and highly professional staff, led by their GM George, who even greeted us personally with a handshake upon our arrival. Thank you for your Freddo! :-)
We were treated like friends, not like the usual paying customers, even though we were only there for five nights. The food was varied and delicious, and the selection was well thought out. The portion sizes at lunch from the menu were well-chosen and didn't overwhelm us. Manolis anticipated our every need in the restaurant throughout the day and practically became a friend over the course of our vacation. Roula presented us with delicious creations from the pool bar by our sunbeds, and Goran accompanied us through the evenings with his friendly manner and skill. The housekeeping team did their work conscientiously, and we found our room very clean and beautiful.
In our opinion, the property is in very good condition. There are beautiful blooming flowers everywhere, the pool is very clean, and the furniture is well-maintained. The service staff are pleasantly unassuming but present. The lobby invites you to linger, and the entertaining musical evenings made our stay a varied experience. In fact, we have nothing to complain about. Minor details become irrelevant when you consider the overall picture. We highly recommend this charming hotel and look forward to seeing you again.
