Sad to See Such a hotel Totally Mismanaged??

点评：I was taken by a business associate to stay the night in Sandarski and he decided to reserve at the Interhotel. Initially, I thought it was an Intercontinental hotel when my colleague mentions the hotel's name. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The building looks good and I believe they must have had some renovations done recently from what we were told while having dinner in the restaurant. Let's start with the reception, the employees seemed unhappy and definitely not trained to deal with foreign visitors. The rooms we were given were not as clean as expected, it's obvious that the cleaning is done too quickly and lacks attention to detail, the shower had very low water pressure, the bathroom amenities are of poor quality and the pillow in my room was stained. The food in the restaurant was very mediocre, Happy's down the road serves better food. Very noisy corridors, people knock on your door although you have a do not disturb sign. It's a shame because this hotel has potential, however, it's poorly managed. I complained at the reception, but it seemed that nobody cares. I will never stay in this hotel again even if they gave me the room for free. Shocking. Not worth the money. I suggest they hire some qualified people to manage the hotel.
