点评:Herewith i would like to share my very bad experience with one of the travel agents in Haridwar - Puneet Ahuja - +91 97209 33005 of YATRA HOLIDAYS - Haridwar.
We were four ladies and my son - total 5 people from Gujarat had plan Kedarnath visit during 3rd week of October.
We had booked the vehicle with Puneet Ahuja long ago and had paid him advance also.
We started his vechile service from Delhi airport. Next day we had Rishikesh local and then there after Kedarnath trip.
The day we had to do Rishikesh local, we had told to send the vehicle by 7:30 am. We were ready before time. Then by 7:45 I made a call to the driver to check when he is coming. He said he will be there in 5 mnts. Like wise I kept calling him 2/3 time and at last he said he feels that there is a puncher in the car and he is getting it repaired.
Then I sent a msg to Puneet informing about this. Then after 15 mnts or so the vehicle reached.
As we were already running late we opened the door of the car and found that food was laying on the seats and the floor of the car and plastic glasses also. Seats were muddy. Car was in a very dirty condition. I was obviously upset on the driver so he just removed food from the seat and removed glasses. And we entered the car as we were already running late but i was having very negative feelings.
Meanwhile as i had sent msg to Puneet about vehicle condition, he immediately called me and told us to get down from the car. Also very rudely said we are asking for all luxury and he won't be able to provide that. We will have to accept what he is offering otherwise asked to get down. We had not gone 20 mtr far and he called up driver and told him to make us to get down from the car.
Then i again called him and told as we had booked his vehicle long ago then how come at the last moment he could say no ? And then he again very rudely said ham toh aisa hi denge. Chahiye toh baitho Varna aur dhundh lo.
He was knowing that we are females and were from Gujarat. Immediately we won't be able to get any other services so he tried to dominate.
But later we hired an another vehicle and we had a wonderful trip.
I am sharing this experience just for your reference and to keep you alert.
