点评：THIRD CLASS SERVICES PROVIDER
This has got to be the worst tour operator ever.
None of the promises were delivered, we were told we'd be provided proper meals but the food's quality wasn't at par plus for lunch we were only given fried rice and nothing else.
Even the camp/ cottage manager there was having a hard time managing everything, the place was overbooked and even their management wasn't aware of the promises made to the guests. The staff there was on their toes at all time but obviously weren't able to keep up as the tour operator had taken many bookings without any proper arrangements.
And to make things worse, the tour operator threatened to beat/ kill one of the guests, " haridwar uttar ke dikhana, maar maar ke khatam kar dunga terko" to quote his exact words, followed by vulgar abuses and what not.
These tourists were scared for their lives.
Another group came the second day and they faced the some inconveniences.
The driver and the cottage staff were really cooperative but the tour operator was really arrogant and straight away threatened to kill one of the guests, just because he called him up and conveyed the issues we had to him.
I wouldn't recommend searching souls to anyone ever.
Everything was still bearable but threatening to kill someone is just obnoxious.
