点评：My 17-yo daughter and I came here for dinner at 7pm on a Saturday. They are renovating, so the tables were all on a covered patio. We waited 5 minutes at the hostess stand before we were acknowledged. We got the last table. The place was packed and I think they were understaffed. One waiter, very sweet but I think new or just confused, kept bringing to our table the drinks and plates meant for others. Like he would bring to us and ask if it was what we ordered and when we said no, he would realize his mistake. This happened no fewer than three times, so when our actual orders arrived, we had to double check.
It took a while after being seated for anyone to take our order and we had to ask twice for our drinks (just a Diet Coke and a Coke).
My daughter got a chicken sandwich and I got a fish sandwich. They told me they were out of the arepa bread for the fish and I said that was fine, just substitute whatever. What I got was a nice fried fish filet between two flat, deep fried discs of I have no idea what. Bread? Not sure. Didn’t take more than one bite. I ate the fish filet with my fork. My daughter said her chicken sandwich was good.
Both sandwiches came with a large basket of fries, which were crispy and good.
After the place emptied out a bit, we were given a little more attention, so I think they were just overwhelmed.
I will say that the dishes mistakenly
brought to us looked very good. And the mojitos looked delicious.
