诺提克中央酒店的点评
点评：BEWARE. This so-called 5-star hotel should be avoided. Following a two-night stay in late May 2023, our experiences left us disappointed and frustrated. The problems began on the day of our arrival with a steady stream of ants in the bathroom of the master suite, which we had reserved. In addition, breakfast was more aligned to what one would expect from a third-rate youth hostel. Further, there were no premium, international news channels; which as international travelers, we value. Although the hotel sought to resolve the issue of the ants, it was merely a precursor to what would become a much larger issue: a lack of hot water. Unfortunately, this latter issue occurred on the morning of our departure and prior to our needing to catch an international flight. Not only did the hotel fail to resolve the issue in a timely manner, but they sought to compensate us with the offer of a drink upon our next visit; which obviously will never occur as a result of this experience. In short, this establishment believes in 5-star pricing, not 5-star service. Needless to say, at a nightly rate north of 500 euros (including breakfast), it’s not what we expected.
