点评：Tuesday March 21st 2023 at 4:30 p.m. this was a revisit after a bad experience last month at the same restaurant but a different server. So we had a waitress named Karlei B., sad at table 31, check number 92050. Like I said this was a revisit from a previous bad experience with a positive Improvement. From the time we got there till the time we left the hostess was very attentive and the restaurant at the time was full. We waited about 5 minutes be seated and we where seated in the middle of the restaurant by the giant Aquarium in a booth. Our waitress at the time was very pleasant, did a lot of suggestive selling and told us what the specials were for that night. She was very upbeat up front and told us what her favorites were. Funny thing is usually when you sit down at a restaurant like this they usually bring you out of loaf of bread or some sort of assorted of sliced bread but at this Cheddar's they brought us out to warm and soft croissants that was sprinkles with a sugar glaze. My wife has a chicken pecan salad that she said was absolutely a delight and very fulfilling and I had the baby back ribs which seem to be or a little large for baby backs which made me think that these were St Louis pork ribs but our waitress sore to them that they were baby backs. Needless they were really good juicy and in my own words Finger Licking Good. We ended the night with a hot fudge cake Sunday with two spoons. Our waitress was on top of that throughout the night with refilling our drinks, seeing how our food was and being very attentive to our table as well as to others in our section. I will say that our server was eager to please and at the end we left her with 15% tip. To conclude this trip was a hell of a great Improvement and I will have to say that I will tell my friends and family about my experience and next time I will ask for this same waitress to hopefully serve us again.
