点评:We checked in during the waving hours. There was only two staff members present and they were over whelmed. They were kind and did their best but there is only so much two people can do.
We got to our room and it was cringe worthy. The floors were dirty with hair balls and residue. The night stands had sticky residue. The couch hcushions were stained. We were moved to another room and the floors were the same. The surfaces were also dirty. There was an old qtip under the couch cushion. The microwave looked like something blew up in it and wasn’t cleaned for days. The tv remote was missing. The linens had brown stains on them.
One of the staff member came up to clean the microwave and the floor. My mother and I used Clorox wipes provided by the front Dest to disinfect all surfaces. It was DISGUSTING!
The manager was only able to offer another nights stay at their hotel and nothing else. We are from another state so the offered compensation would not suffice as we would not be back. We booked through a third party so the could not refund us any of our stay.
Quite honestly… I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again if you paid me.
