点评:This is a horrible experience ever. Our fault is to choose this restaurant as our last dinner before leaving Hawaii, which ruins a happy ending... We're taken to a seat outside, it's hot with flies buzzing around. As foreign visitors, we don't want to make any trouble but just finish this meal quick and leave.
The problem is we wait for the desert for more than 30 mins without any one to ask... and guess where is it? It's just left on another empty table and we found it by our own !!! (remember the flies? ) Anyway we just took a little bite of it and wants to pay the bill.
Well, the most interesting part is here: The waitress bring us the bill and I put 15 dollars cash as tips. Why ? Because this is not a happy dinner at all ! 15 dollars is the most for such a dinner IMO. But the waitress Sandy is so rude to throw the bill back to us and said: We usually take 20 % tips but it's up to you, I will come back later. Then another 10 mins without any follow ups. I am not sure if this is the Standard service in this place but that's surprised me !! Because you'd like to take 20% tips so we must pay you such no matter what kind of service is offered?
I talked to Mgr Mark but I don't think I find the right person to help me. Mark took my bill, 15 dollars and credit card away and said he needs to check it. Another 15 mins left, I am still waiting at the entrance. At that time, I know there won't be any result. So I find Mark and he's on other thing an he's like: "oh right,lemme check it again" Guess what? He can't even find my credit card. He asked a waiter called Kevin. Kevin said: " I gave his card back to one of the ladies go with him" But none of us got this card back.
Well, Kevin, I gave my card to your Mgr Mark, then you gave this card to one of my family members and guess where we find the card ?? On waitress Sandy's hand!! And she just took that 15 dollars tips away like nothing happened!
Finally, I, on purpose, clearly, to ask Mgr Mark to get the 15 dollars back. Tips are for the good service but not sth like that. And I still feel unbelievable to get such poor experiences so I reviewed the comments on Yelp. I agree with one of the guess Reginald's comment above: It seems we were the wrong color.

本来希望用一顿好的做为夏威夷之行的结尾,结果体验到了非常糟糕的服务!位子被安排到外面,和苍蝇作伴也就算了,结果甜点被放到隔着几张台子外的一张空台子上. 等了半小时也没有个人,最后自己找到了自己的甜点... 服务员在仅出现的几次中全程臭脸,人么也属于神龙见首不见尾
想着息事宁人,放了15美金小费买单,结果服务员 Sandy 直接把账单扔回,大概意思是我们一般都要收20%的小费,你再考虑考虑,人又走了……
又等了20分钟还是没人!所以直接找经理买单投诉,经理Mark 说去了解情况结果拿着我卡,账单,小费又消失了…… 又过了10分钟,实在不想搞了,去找Mark 结果人家把这个事情忘记了,还把我卡弄丢了. 一顿找硬说卡换给我们了,结果最后在Sandy 的口袋里,而且小费也拿掉了,也没个对不起的意思。
所以大家可以翻翻那些评论,有个老外说的好,可能我们的肤色不是他们喜欢的吧……
总之,牛肉呢日本吃过更好的,服务确实是遇到过最差的
