点评：The burritos used to be a great value because they are so large, but the prices have increased. I understand due to all other prices increasing and covid didn't help, but I feel like the quality just isn't quite the same. I mean, it tasted fine, but I really miss the cotija cheese. That tiny bit of shredded mozz, or whatever, doesn't have much taste. They used to also have rocket sauce by the food truck if you wanted a little more, but they don't do that anymore. I think I may have been charged extra for the tiny bit of rocket sauce I asked for as extra. It says $10.99 on the truck, and I was charged over $12 with the tax. Usually when I ask for it on the side, I get the full-strength version and I can add what I want to suit me, but they gave me a watered-down version with no heat at all. Probably because I asked for mild. I didn't know they watered it down when you get a side of it, that was the first time I got it like that. Will ask for medium next time. The rice and beans are ok, I think a little flavor wouldn't hurt, but I know they are a filler and not the main ingredient. Some of that watered down rocket sauce would actually taste really good if they added it to the rice and beans while being cooked. I do like the crunch of the cabbage, much better than wilted lettuce. I forgot to ask for cilantro this time. They include cilantro in the tacos, but not the burritos. You can ask for it though. I wonder if they charge extra for that. I thought you got pickled reds on the burrito, but maybe they charge extra for that now, not sure. I can't complain about the size though, very large and filling. Overall, it's not quite what it used to be, but still very good.
