点评：I was thrilled when Sun Cuisine came to Williamsville!
It was one of my favorite places, prior to the pandemic.
Like many restaurants, distribution, access to quality/fresh food and dependable service was an issue.
I decided to try again.
I ordered take out for pick up as I ran errands.
I was asked to hold and after several minutes, I realized I was forgotten.
I hung up to continue with my errands and tried to call back several times but the line was busy.
I actually stopped by the restaurant on my way home to tell them customers could not get through.
No apologizes as the owner/employee looked at the phone and hung up after about 45 minutes.
I was starving so I ordered food to go and decided to splurge and sit at the sushi bar while I waited.
It was excellent.
However, I spent over 50.00.
AND the entire time I felt like a total afterthought.
I had to ask for my beverage several times.
I hate writing this.
I have never written a bad review.
Hopefully this will be enlightening because I loved this place once.
I will never return.
