点评:Every year while on vacation in Flagstaff, we go to the Oakmont with friends. This will be the last time. The new menu is lacking in full meal choices. We each chose a different meal and all of us were completely disappointed. The description of what foods were included in the dish and what actually arrived were different. All of our hot meals arrived cold. We sent them back to be warmed and it took 45 minutes to get them. One of the dishes came back totally burnt and the vegetables were dried up. While waiting, we reordered our drinks but never got them. The waiter said they went to another table. We had also ordered an appetizer during their "High Tea" happy hour and a second round of the same appetizer after the $2 reduced price during the regular pricing time. We discovered that during their Happy hour time the appetizer size is reduced by half. The restaurant was remodeled but nothing was done to absorb noise. We could no longer hear what the person on the other side of the table was saying. Also new is an additional 8% service fee on top of the regular tax and tip.
