点评：It's on our bucket list to try when we drive through Flagstaff due to the appearance on Triple D. We usually go to Agava down the street (cut to the chase; it's much better). The food here is good but not great. I had the 'famous' PEACH AND HABANERO CARNITAS because I love Carnitas and try them whenever I visit a new Mexican restaurant. The version here is good, moist, and has a nice flavor. I didn't love the so-called 'street taco" flour tortillas and prefer corn. Beans and rice were average. My wife had the STUFFED SOPAPILLA, which was less successful. The chicken was nice, but the Sopapilla was soggy, and the sauce was like a gravy lacking much flavor and hardly like any authentic Mexican food I've had all over the southwest. Now, I will say the Salsa offered when we sat was excellent. Three kinds, the Pico was outstanding. The chips with this fine salsa were not up to par, like that from a bag. I'm unsure why this restaurant isn't up to speed with corn tortillas or chips. It is a shame, as all the salsas were outstanding. Service was good, but my Carnitas came while nothing arrived for my wife for 15 minutes. We had to ask, and the kitchen never prepared her meal. Our waitress was very kind and offered to give us the meal for free, but we insisted that wasn't necessary. We got a free Flan instead. It was decent, with a nice texture but a bit burnt on the bottom. It isn't bad, but it isn't great. I will skip Salsa Brava and return to Agava down the street. The food is better and more authentic.
