点评：Nice looking restaurant. Came with the in-laws Easter weekend. The others liked their steaks. I ordered the salmon and asked if I could have it medium-rare and the waitress said sure! So I had hope as many restaurants refuse to cook it less then medium. Unfortunately it was well done. The skin was crisp and nice with good flavor it was just over done in the meat. When the waitress came to collect dishes she asked if I wanted a box and I said no thank you it was over done. She replied I wish you had told me earlier.... Obviously I wasn't asking for anything, as I am not one to send dishes back, I simply did not want to take it with me. Her putting the cook error on me didn't sit right. At least say sorry and I'll let the cook know. It would be one thing if she was an attentive waitress but she took the order, swung by right when the food came and at that point I had only taken the first bite which the sides were great so no issue then. We asked her for bread which she swung by dropped off and left fast and then we didn't see her again until she asked if we wanted dessert. No drink refills no offers for second round of cocktails and certainly not paying attention to who was clearly enjoying their meal vs not. Perhaps they were short staffed... if I go again I'll try the steak I think.
翻译：餐厅看起来很不错。复活节周末和岳父岳母一起来的。其他人都很喜欢他们的牛排。我点了三文鱼，问服务员能不能做成五分熟，她说可以！所以我还抱有希望，因为很多餐厅都拒绝低于五分熟的三文鱼。可惜的是，三文鱼做得还不错。鱼皮酥脆，味道鲜美，只是肉有点过熟了。服务员来收菜的时候问我要不要打包，我说不用了，因为已经过熟了。她回答说“真希望你早点告诉我……”显然我并没有要求什么，因为我不是那种会把菜退回的人，我只是不想把它带走。她把烹饪失误的责任推到我头上，这很不妥。至少要说声抱歉，我会告诉厨师。如果她是个细心的服务员就好了，但她接了订单，菜一上来就过来了，那时我只吃了第一口，配菜也很棒，所以也就没什么问题了。我们向她要面包，她转身送来后很快就走了，之后就没再见到她，直到她问我们是否想吃甜点。她不续酒，也不提供第二轮鸡尾酒，当然也不注意谁吃得开心，谁不开心。也许他们人手不够……如果我再去的话，我想我会试试牛排。
