Hilton Vacation Club Villas De Santa Fe的点评
点评：Good points first. Clean, comfortable bed, quiet. Well stocked with kitchen items and towels for bath and pool. Shower was hot and good water pressure. Everything with our room was great!
Parking so-so as far vehicle type. We drive a big Ford super cab F-150. There were not enough spaces both nights we were there. Had to find alternative parking not at our building. If you drive a larger vehicle, you'll be challenged to park it.
Area for improvement. Staff was not communicative about amenities or entrance codes. When we were checked in, lady at desk seemed rushed and we got a lot of one-word answers. Question we posed about pool and hot tub was were there more than at the registration building. We were told just the one at the registration building. We discovered another hot tub at our building but then needed a code. Walked to registration and no one was there. We came upon a maintenance gentleman who gave us the code and told us the hours for it.
