点评：My family was terribly disappointed with our whole experience at Piatti at Eilan this evening. We arrived just 10 minutes before our reservation. The restaurant was not crowded for a Saturday night. We waited for out table approximately 10 minutes after our reservation time. Finally seated, we ordered an appetizer and drinks. The waitress was sweet and very helpful but we were very dissatisfied with everything else about the restaurant. We waited just under one hour after ordering for our meals to arrive. We received an apology from the waitress for the lateness and she let us know that she did let the manager know The manager never graced our table to welcome us or to apologize. This was a special occasion, celebrating our daughter's promotion as noted on our online reservation but nothing was said and instead, was treated very poorly. Before leaving the restaurant, I stopped in the restroom and found no soap in the dispenser and the sink stopped up.
In the past, we very much enjoyed Piatti and was looking forward to taking our two daughters to celebrate. We will not return to this restaurant again.
