点评：Imagine Cured as a large Deli, with table service. It is located in the Pearl Brewery district. It has a full bar and a great selection of charcuterie as well as multiple attractive dishes a la carte. We visited as a group of 15, with 7 children, ages 7-13. We were distributed over two large tables in a separate area of the restaurant that serves as a party room. We had an excellent server, who was attentive, efficient and helpful. Cocktails (including mocktails) were expertly prepared and very enjoyable. Appetizers included several Charcuterie trays, which were wonderful. They included items familiar to most, as well as some less common choices, directed to the initiated. Empanadas were a favorite of both adults and kids. The gumbo was well prepared and generous/ The Duck Wing was another favorite. For mains we enjoyed a Rainbow Trout (Exquisite!), 2 Pork Steaks, 2 orders of gnocchi, 1 Kale Caesar, 1 Ribeye and 2 steaks "Au Poivre". There were no complaints, except we were too full to enjoy dessert. We also enjoyed three separate selections of red wine from a very interesting wine list. Overall, an excellent outing for all in the family.
