Salem Night Tour的点评
点评：My boyfriend and I are visiting Salem from California, and were very excited to do a ghost tour. To our disappointment, we ended up in a group of 32 people. Our tour guide, Ben, expressed to us that 3 separate groups of 9 people booked and the organizers assumed it was a glitch. Needless to say, all 27 people showed up and were not dispersed amongst the 3 tour groups evenly. A large portion of our tour was Ben trying to keep the group together. Our group was so large, we were rushed through smaller stops so everyone could have the opportunity to see. We didn’t get nearly enough time to look at these historical sites or get pictures as we had hoped. This was not our tour guide’s fault whatsoever, and he did the best he could with the group he was given. I’ve been on numerous ghost tours in paranormal cities and have never been in a group this large. Had I known this was a possibility, I wouldn’t have booked. Extremely disappointed we wasted our time and money on this tour. Reviews were greatly encouraged at the end of the tour, yet we received an unprofessional and bitter response from the host for our honest experience. You’d think a business owner would be able to take constructive criticism but they are clearly lacking.
