点评:I don't know where to start as the service was bad from the get-go. We checked in on a Friday evening. Got up and went to breakfast and although I paid for parking, the car next to me, there was a whole family asleep in the car, so I guess they don't check for a parking permit. Saturday evening, we went to dinner across the street, my grand decided she didn't want to go so stayed in the room. She later went t for a swim and left her key in the room. Although she wasn't on the registry, a male friend went to get a key to the room. Denise handed him a key and he of course wasn't on the registry. He decided to go door knocking on various doors and when we would open it, he would run. We questioned Denise as to why she would give him a key and she became belligerent and told us to shut up and go to our room. The security guard was at the front desk and heard the entire conversation and never did he intervene. She decided to call the police. A little while later they did come up to the room and noticed we were already ready for bed. Obviously, she lied to them saying we were causing a disturbance. When I asked Denise for the GM's name, she said there is a card over there - would not get up. I told her there was not a card and she finally got up. I asked for his name and she said Gabe but could not give me a last name. Okay so if his card would have been there - it would only have his first name!! The following day I talked to the manager on duty - she told him his name was Gabe Pena. She would have him call me. Giving him an opportunity to reach out, I waited until Tuesday to email him. One week later and still no response. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I DON'T KNOW WHO THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS BUT THAT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS FOR A KID TO BE GIVEN A ROOM KEY.
