Needs improvement.
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Macon的点评
点评：We will not be staying at this location again. We love staying at SpringHill Suites hotels but not this particular e we stayed for one night February 2025 in room 135 and this room needs attention as well.
First upon checking in the individual was polite however his attire did not seem to represent him as an employee as he was wearing a hoodie sweatshirt? Upon getting into our room the shower door handle was very loose, the glass door did not close properly so water came out on the floor upon showering. The stool in the living area had stains, alarm clock time was not correct, reading light did not work, ceiling I guess had been repaired in the past but looks sloppy as does the appearance around the shower enclosure. The overall appearance needed attention.
Breakfast the next morning, the scrambled eggs had a lot of liquid in the pan . The coffee ran out and the little I did get out of the urn was lukewarm. We got food after we checked out. Upon checking out by going to the front desk the young lady was sitting and paying attention to her cell phone. Saw me and responded in a way like “yea?”
Overall hotel did not feel as good and/comfortable as other ones I have stayed at.
