点评：We reserved and prepaid for a 2 bedroom suite, since there were 3 of us. When we got there, we found out there was only 1 bedroom plus a sofa bed. This was completely wrong, but apparently they didn’t have any 2 bedroom suites in the hotel. I don’t consider a living room/kitchenette to be a bedroom. There were no linens for the sofa bed and after waiting 30 minutes, I went looking for housekeeping. The only helpful person in the hotel, a housekeeper, came and brought sheets and pillows and made up the sofa bed. Unfortunately the pillows smelled very bad, like burnt broccoli, so we had to take pillows from the one bed.
The front desk was grossly understaffed, and the one person there couldn’t help us. When I called Holiday Inn they said the hotel would solve it, but no one knew about the case.
The lobby smelled awful, musty and unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
