On booking a table here, we were told we would be sitting outside under cover, which we thought would be great as it had been a miserable rainy day, and the chances of another shower were high. Unfortunately, on arrival, we discovered that we were seated under a sun shade, so when the next shower eventuated, we got rather wet! The next disappointment was when my sister requested for the pickle to be removed from her burger and was declined and told we don't have time for that lovey, we are busy! We all ordered our meals, and my brother-in-law ordered two kids' burgers, only to get to the counter to pay and find we had received two adult burgers. My brother-in-law reiterated that he had ordered kids' burgers but the waitress said that wasn't the case. In hospitality, the golden rule of thumb should be to give people the best customer service possible. Thankfully, after an email he was reimbursed for the burgers! Come on, Boots and Jandals, step up the customer service!
